Nutritious Salad

THE FORCE SALAD



  • 3 cups of Earthbound Farms organic salad (baby romaine, spring mix, spinach, etc.)

  • 1/2 package of Oscar Meyer chicken breast strips

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 of a bell pepper (yellow, red, orange, or green)

  • 1 tbsp. of almonds

  • 2 tbsp. of your favorite dressing

Depending on the dressing you use, the "Force Salad" registers between 300-400 calories, with roughly 25-30grams of protein, a couple servings of low glycemic veggies, and a serving or more of healthy fats...an excellent meal (or snack if your calorie requirements are greater)!
