Our "best of" series continues today with my top 5 tricep exercises and an adjunct video playlist:
- Parallel Bar Dip
- Close Grip Barbell Bench Press
- Floor Press (shown using dumbbells but one can just as easily use a barbell)
- Single Arm Dumbbell Press
- Dumbbell Tricep Extension (w/ a parallel grip...use a decline bench for added difficulty)
