Please Vote Me Cincinnati's Best Personal Trainer!

FORCE Trainee RJ Thomas Rushes for 100+ Yds. & 4 TD's in Season Opener




RJ Thomas of East Central High School (Indiana), spent some time with me this summer "injury proofing" his body for the upcoming football season. RJ worked hard, was all business, and exhibited a great attitude during his training sessions (and pound for pound, he is a freaky strong young man). His hard work, both with me and on his own, looks to have paid off: he rushed for over 100 yds. and scored 4 touchdown's in his school's season opener this past weekend.
